Shipping Policies
You will normally receive your order 3 to 8 business days after your order is received. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know when each item was shipped, how it was sent, when you should expect it to arrive, and a tracking number (if applicable). You will receive a separate confirmation for each package that is sent.

If you are disappointed (does not include damage claim) with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will take it back, but you will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. Original product packaging and documentation required and product MUST be in resalable condition. PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION OR IN NON RESALABLE CONDITION WILL NOT BE CREDITED.
If the product is defective, please notify us within 24 hours and return it to us along with the original product packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.
Backorder Policy
We make every attempt to have all items in stock. However, in the event an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped out as soon as possible by standard ground shipping.
