Known for its safety and effectiveness in the treatment of roundworms in both animal and humans, Piperazine Dihydrochloride in a chewable tablet form is appropriate for young kittens and puppies as well as adult dogs and cats.
Dosage is 1 tablet (100mg Piperazine Dihydrochloride) per 4 pounds body weight with a repeat dosage in 10 days.
Symptoms include but are not limited to diarrhea, blood in stool, and eating but insufficent weight gain with a pot bellied appearence in kittens and puppies.
Treatment may begin at 6 weeks of age.
